At KM Associates we have an energetic and highly motivated motive team who enjoy completing projects to the highest of industry standards.

Currently, we have approximately 15 staff on our team with a wide range of experience and skills to ensure we can successfully deliver on any project. Very high average employmentduration of 6 years signifies the devotion, reliability, experience and commitment that customers can expect us to provide on every job we undertake.

At KM Associates we fully believe the adage “Your staff are your most important asset.” We realize that personal and professional development of our team is imperative in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and thus the success of our business. We therefore invest in our staff through comprehensive training programmes, mentoring and coaching. The rewards of this philosophy are inevitably shared with customers through increased satisfaction and better quality service.

Our administration office is based in Coimbatore. Confining the majority of our business in the Tamilnadu ensures that clients get local contractors with local knowledge and expertise.

The company was founded by Mr. M. Karuppasamy (Reffered as MK) Town Planning Officer (Rted) in 2006 under the name of KM Associates. Growth of this small, Sole – Proprietor building operation was inevitable as began to take on large projects over a large geogeaphical area.

MK has been the cornerstone of the company since its establishment in 2004. He is vastly experienced in both the practical aspects of civil construction and in the management and strategic decision making of the organization. MK is the one of the engineer and MK is working as a Town Planning Officer (Tamilnadu Govt. Service), and also one of the executive member in the Tamilnadu Town Planning Association. After the retirement, he has started the company and do the constructions work.

Despite 7 years of successful operation in the building industry, KM Associates sensed further opportunities in the civil construction industry and the company’s strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these opportunities.

K. Muthukumar is a one of the civil Engineer and also having 23 years solid experience in the construction field. He was working as a Civil Engineer in the Various reputed concern.

We have an extensive fleet of machinery and equipment including the following :
