Mr. M. Karuppasamy (MK)

The company was founded by Mr. M. Karuppasamy (Reffered as MK) Town Planning Officer (Rted) in 2006 under the name of KM Associates. Growth of this small, Sole – Proprietor building operation was inevitable as began to take on large projects over a large geogeaphical area.

MK has been the cornerstone of the company since its establishment in 2004. He is vastly experienced in both the practical aspects of civil construction and in the management and strategic decision making of the organization.

MK is the one of the engineer and MK is working as a Town Planning Officer (Tamilnadu Govt. Service), and also one of the executive member in the Tamilnadu Town Planning Association. After the retirement, he has started the company and do the constructions work.

Despite 7 years of successful operation in the building industry, KM Associates sensed further opportunities in the civil construction industry and the company's strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these opportunities.

From humble beginnings, KM Associates has expanded over time to be the established major player in the south India construction industry that we see today. KM Associates achieved steady growth due to the successful completion of a variety of regional projects. The company had now become medium-sized with increased staff levels and turnover. Since 2006 has gone from strength, taking on large and more ambitious projects. Project and contract management systems have been re-engineered to guarantee customer satisfaction. With a long and intimate history, it is no wonder the culture at KM Associates are excited to confront the challenges and seized the opportunities the future will bring.
